I returned the package as it wasnt the product i have ordered (i ordered the blue ray version and got the standard dvd). I know i will receive the right product shortly as i was a mistake from your dept. i received an email confirming the mistake and the process of receiving the right blue ray pretty soon!

I ordered numerous items and was pleased with most of them. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the condition the case to the No Country For Old Men DVD arrived. It was basically in 2 pieces and was supposed to be for a gift!

My first impression of Family Video was good. I do most of my online shopping at deepdiscount.com, dvdempire.com and amazon.com, but I thought that familyvideo.com had a nice selection of movies and games, and pretty resonable prices. I placed my very first order with Family Video for an XBox Game, Fable: The Lost Chapters. Shipping took longer than I expected, but I was okay with it because I thought the rates were resonable. Then my package came. It was the wrong item. They shipped my Halo instead of Fable. The packing slip listed my item correctly as Fable, but they had shipped the wrong game. When I contacted them about this error, I was told that they would exchange the game they had sent me for the game I had actually ordered; however, I was responsible for paying return-shipment. I could not believe it! I had already paid to have my game shipped to me in the first place ... and now they expected me to pay again to have it shipped back to them ... because of THEIR MISTAKE! Considering the price of the game I purchased from them and how much it would have cost be for the original shipment of the WRONG item and the return shipment of THEIR MISTAKE, I would just as soon buy the game I ordered somplace else. Afterall, they could give me no guartentee that they would not repeat their mistake and force me to pay for a whole new set of shipping. This was the first time I have EVER had such mistreatment from a company. Family Video's motto is "to provide the best customer service" ... well, they need to change that motto. And I will NEVER shop Family Video again.

Two of the Dvd's were used. They had polishing material all over them and even at that the disc still had foreign material on them, that I had to remove.
