I pre-ordered a game a week before it was released. That game was due out on Tuesday, but my order hasn't shipped until Saturday - which, in my opinion, is unacceptable. Why pre-order when I could have ordered it normally on the day it came out and had it shipped right away - since the merchant says orders ship within a day. If there was a delay I should have been notified and allowed to change or cancel my order. Hopefully the game comes soon and is in new condition. I would order again, but not pre-order from here again.

Family Video is very easy to deal with. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are very competitive. I was also able to use an online coupon for more money off. I would like it if Family Video participated with either mypoints or ebates so I could benefit even more from shopping there; but their not participating still didn't keep me from shopping with them.

If an item is back ordered (such as the Planet Earth DVD set), an email should be sent to inform that it is back ordered and the projected ship date. Neither of these happened. I had to call and ask why I hadn't received half of my order after two weeks. Not so good. You can do better!

I THOUGHT I ORDERED IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY. ITEMS WERE SHIPPED ON 12-14-07, TODAY IS 12-24-07, HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I WOULD ALSO LIKE THE $5.00 OFF FOR ORDERS OVER $50.00. I MISSED THAT WHEN I WAS ORDERING. NOW I FEEL THAT IS THE LEASE YOU CAN DO. THESE WERE PRESENTS FOR 2 OF MY GRANDCHILDREN, AGES 10 & 12.
